About The Role

Puttstars Team Member

Hollywood Bowl Group PLC is excited to announce the exciting new venture into the world of mini golf... Introducing: PUTTSTARS!!

Teeing-off in March 2020, Puttstars is a one-stop leisure destination for all the family, made up of three 9-hole courses packed full of intrigue and interest at every hole, a large bar and diner, and an amusements area housing the best games in the industry.

As a Team Member at Puttstars, you will be at the very centre of the customer’s journey!

The role of a Team Member

Whether you’re welcoming our customers at reception or hosting parties on the courses; your professional and engaging customer service, along with your high energy and infectious enthusiasm will ensure our customers have an enjoyable, excellent value-for-money experience with every visit.

Within our fast-paced, dynamic world, Team Members are trained across the various areas of the centre to support the effective operation of the business - so no two days will ever be the same!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers at reception, managing the booking system and taking calls
  • Interacting with our customers across the centre, making sure they’re enjoying themselves
  • Enhancing the customer's experience on the courses, including offering drink service whilst they play
  • Supporting the kitchen team with taking orders and serving food in the diner
  • Serving customers and preparing drinks at the bar
  • Setting up, hosting and ensuring the smooth running of parties and celebration packages

What’s Required?

To be a successful Team Member at Puttstars, you’ll need to:

  • Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and to have the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Be an enabler of fun and help to create enjoyable experiences for our customers
  • Have high energy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a friendly, supportive and helpful team player
  • Be flexible with working hours and shift patterns
  • Have basic literacy and numeracy skills
